Shonette has now, alongside Matt O Grady (a primary head in UK), written a whole school approach to inject a happiness ethos into any setting without huge changes to curriculum, timetables or practice within school.

The mission of the Spread the Happiness approach is to empower educators and leaders to make simple and clear adjustments to their practice to impact on staff and children. Through attending this course each delegate will leave with a renewed sense of vigour for their job and leaders will gain permission to encourage themselves and colleagues to move education forward from the grass roots – within the classroom. The Spread the Happiness approach has scientific facts which have led to clear ideas that impact instantly on classroom practice and the staff members themselves; producing sensational results on standards and well-being.
