Shonette works full time as an International consultant/trainer for Early Years Education, which she combines with working one day a week in a school and being a published author. Shonette’s passion for primary education shines through with her innovativeness, enthusiasm and dedication to impacting on young children’s learning.
What Shonette offers is inspiration, motivation and cost effective ideas for practitioners of early years and primary children. Her ideas span the depth, breadth and width of the curriculum and produce a very personalised learning environment.

Making Maths Magic –.This is a successful kinaesthetic approach to teaching mathematics, which results in accelerated development of key mathematical knowledge and skills. This course leads practitioners through how to achieve ‘outstanding’ progress in mathematics through the Early Years to Level 3

Outdoor Learning – From Shonette’s book Learning Outside the Primary Classroom Shonette will excite you to the possibilities on your outdoor environment.  You are guaranteed to want to take learning outside.

Squiggle Whilst You Wiggle and Active Literacy –  This session will focus on early mark making and how to generate excitement for literacy, (with practical ideas) in both staff and children; striking a perfect balance between a play based and a formal curriculum, both indoors and out …… and all on a shoestring!  It will also include Shonette’s Guinness World Record Holding Dough Disco.
