The Evening will include:

Making Maths Magic – Making Maths Magic is the balance between the formal teaching of maths and exciting new approach to problem solving within active learning. With a simple and easy to follow style that encourages young children (from 2 years) to count, recognise, order and write numbers in a movement based approach. The clear structure helps the early educator accelerate maths within the setting, encourage letter formation with the number formation practice of Digit Dance and find ways to include problem solving within planning and play, so the child is absorbing practical maths problems daily.

Shonette wrote this programme with Gary Wright as she wanted a clear step approach to cover number, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and fractions plus shape, space and measure within early years and through into key stage 1 (full Foundation Phase). Any gaps in maths for the child, this programme will plug… like magic.

Cost: £57 plus VAT.
