When should I include parachute time in my daily timetable?
Anytime you can spare 10 minutes.
It could even be indoors in a hall or space but ideally it would be outdoors – even in bad weather but obviously not a storm.
I do our parachute time in the morning before any teacher input to improve concentration and listening skills.
