I saw a Bored Teachers post that said ‘If you haven’t taught in class in the last three years then please don’t come and advise me on behaviour management, childhood has changed.’
Isn’t it true? That’s why I have always been a teacher first, because things change and n our cohorts are so different to what they used to be. They call this ‘smartphone childhood’. It started in 1995! How do we convince the people who want Early Years and KS1 to look like Year 6?
Well that’s what I do best for you! Gather research, create Spread The Happiness support networks and design bespoke training to motivate, inspire and help you do the job that needs to be done as a solution to childhood changes.
